Recipe: Lena’s Sweet Treats
- 250g oat flour
- 4-5 tbs coconut oil
- 4 tbs agave syrup
- 300g dates
- 3-4 tbs coconut cream
- 80-100g chocolate bar
- 4 tbs coconut cream
This is a famous dessert in my family.
It is a delicious and quick recipe and needs no cooking whatsoever!
- Put oat flour, coconut oil and agave syrup in a food processor and mix together. You can also use digestive biscuits, if you like. This will be the bottom layer of the dessert. Then put the mixture in a cold place.
- Now soak the dates in hot water and take out the stones.
- Place pitted dates in a blender, add coconut cream and a pinch of salt.
- Spread the gooey mixture over the crunchy biscuit base. On top, melt chocolate mixed with coconut cream. Divide into squares.
