The hub is here to provide a space for creatives to have the opportunity to expand their small businesses and projects. Current tenants include design collectives, t-shirt printing companies and podcast creators.
The office/workspace is conveniently situated outside the congestion charge zone on Portobello Road. There is no allocated parking for the units. However, transport connections are excellent, with Ladbroke Grove underground station (which is served by the Hammersmith & City Line) within 5 minutes and major bus routes running regularly along Ladbroke Grove. There is also easy access to the A40, providing quick links to major motorways (M4, M1 and M25).
Nearby, the hubs of Portobello, Notting Hill, Holland Park and Westfield provide excellent additional shopping, restaurants, bars and parks, whilst Central London is only 30 minutes away

Licence is offered subject to references on a 6 month License. The service charge is reviewed annually for April. 1 months deposit + 1 months’ licence fee. The licence fee (including service charge + business rates) is to be paid monthly in advance. All other terms are subject to negotiations. Business rates and other overheads are to be arranged and paid by the tenant.
