About the speaker

The session is led by Julian Lomas, Managing Director of Almond Tree Consulting, established in 2007 to support charities, CICs and other non-profits in strengthening how they operate and increasing their impact.

Julian brings senior experience across central and local government, alongside deep expertise in charity governance, strategic planning and income generation. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising (Diploma in Fundraising Management) and an Affiliate of the Chartered Governance Institute, holding a distinction in Charity Law and Governance.

Attendance options: The session will primarily take place online. However, facilities will be available at The Hive, 2 Thorpe Close, W10 5XL for those who wish to attend and join from the office.
