Black History Month at the ACCC

This October, the African Caribbean Cultural Centre (ACCC) is proud to celebrate Black History Month with a programme of events that spotlight local Black entrepreneurs, creatives, and community builders.

Designed to uplift and empower, the series includes a Women’s Only Pilates Session promoting wellbeing and connection, a Black Business Owners’ Professional Photoshoot offering free portraits to help enhance business profiles, and “Beyond the Mainstream: Black Creatives Building Communities in New Spaces”, a panel discussion exploring how Black innovators are shaping new cultural movements.

Together, these events reflect the ACCC’s ongoing commitment to supporting local enterprise, celebrating identity, and building spaces for collaboration and growth.
