Where possible, we support local groups and individuals in North Kensington by offering equipment loans for community events.
We will not be able to loan out equipment on Fridays. If you need equipment for the weekend, it will need to be booked and collected by 4pm on a Thursday.
Please note we do not have speakers or audio equipment available at the moment. You can only request the equipment that is available on the form.
How to request an equipment loan
- Complete our online form. We’ll check your request and respond to you within 2 working days with availability.
- If approved, you’ll receive the confirmation via an email as a meeting invite. Please ACCEPT and RESPOND to the email as this is CONFIRMATION of agreed dates and pick up times.
- Call reception 30 minutes before your pick-up time on 020 8962 5720, so we can make sure someone is available to assist you.
We may not be able to fulfil your request if the above process is not followed.
Important to know
- Westway Trust staff provide access to the equipment only — please arrange your own transport and someone to help you for collection and return.
- Items must be collected and returned within the agreed time slot, in the same condition.
- The organisation who has loaned the equipment will be liable for any expenses incurred due to damaged, lost or dirty equipment.
