Our 23-acre estate offers an exceptional variety of filming locations, from striking urban backdrops and sports facilities to green spaces and raw, disused sites.
Several of our locations are layered with graffiti and situated beneath the concrete arches and pillars of the flyover. Situated alongside the world-renowned Portobello Road Market, our filming locations also offer unique access to one of London’s most vibrant and recognisable areas.
Portobello Green Arcade exudes a vintage charm reminiscent of the late 1970s and early 1980s, and is home to some of the city’s most unique and creative independent stores. while the covered space beneath the Portobello Market Canopy hosts special events all year round. For a more urban filming location, Acres (formerly Subterania and Acklam Hall) is a historic West London event venue nestled under the Westway flyover. Bay 57, an empty industrial bay also beneath the flyover, adds raw urban grit to any shoot. Alternatively, our 23-acres includes a selection of varied internationally recognised sports facilities for hire, from iconic football pitches, to dance studios, tennis courts, gyms and the country’s largest indoor climbing centre.
You can hire a range of outdoor spaces including municipal parks, walkways and car parks (which can be used as unit bases) across our three locations; Portobello Road/Ladbroke Grove, Westbourne Park and Latimer Road. These locations can be used for capturing both stills and video across a wide range of media, including TV programmes, films, music videos, publications, out-of-home advertising (OOH), online content, and more.
Our sites have featured in films and television series including Love Actually, Slow Horses and Kidulthood.
We also offer unit base parking for film locations and are unique in being able to offer unit base parking and filming locations in the same area.
