That’s why we offer assistance with filling out forms for a wide range of benefits, including: Attendance Allowance (AA) for pensioners with disabilities, Carer’s Allowance (CA) and Council Tax Support (CTS).

We can also help with forms to claim or renew awards for Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for disabled children, Disabled Parking Bay applications, Disability Parking (Blue and Purple) Badges, Employment Support Allowance (ESA), Freedom Passes, and 60+ Oyster Cards or Freedom Passes for free London transport travel. Additionally, we provide assistance with: Housing Application Forms (including Medical Assessment Forms) for people seeking social housing or a housing transfer, Housing Benefit (HB) to help with rental costs, Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA), Pension Credit, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), State Retirement Pension, and Universal Credit (UC).

Our professional team, made up of legal volunteers, including employees from a City law firm, is dedicated to helping you access the benefits you are entitled to. We recognise that every situation is unique, and we will work with you to understand your circumstances and ensure you complete the relevant forms accurately.

If you are facing challenges with completing a benefit claim or renewal form, want to make a grant application, or apply for social housing or a housing transfer, please don’t hesitate to book an appointment with our advice clinic.
