Since 2019, we have been firmly committed to eliminating institutional racism in the charity. Though the pandemic initially slowed our timeline, we have since made significant strides, detailing our journey in three progress reports available at www.westwayreview.com/progress.
A key part of this work was the establishment of the Independent Community Advisory Group (CAG) in 2019. At that time, we committed to working together for five years to ensure community guidance and oversight of our anti-racism plans. As this initial period comes to a close, we need your perspective. We want to hear your thoughts on the CAG’s effectiveness and your ideas on how we should shape community oversight and accountability in the future.
Your honest feedback is vital. Please be assured that this survey is strictly anonymous and completely confidential—we do not collect names, emails, or any identifying details. We encourage you to be as candid as possible, as your open insights are the foundation for our continued, meaningful progress.
