Your Journey Consulting CIC is an employment consultancy.

It supports Black men into apprenticeships, internships, full employment, and entrepreneurship.

Here, we focus on building confidence, supporting care leavers, and enabling employment stability and long-term independence. Our model connects individuals to mentors, work coaches, and employer and supplier networks, while continuing to provide holistic and culturally responsive support that addresses both practical and systemic barriers.
