Our trustees lead our organisation, by setting our strategy and agreeing assurance processes for delivery with our Executive team.  They then receive regular reporting on progress.  Trustees achieve this work through attendance at regular Board (at least 6 per year) and Committee meetings (at least 6 per year).  There are also other bespoke meetings (about 6 per year) and varied events.

Our trustees are appointed in three different ways:

  • Openly recruited
  • Nominated by a member organisation
  • Nominated by RBKC

We will shortly be calling for applications for new Openly Recruited trustees to our board.

To be eligible, individuals should have a good knowledge of North Kensington. We are particularly interested in applications from people with experience in finance, human resources and/or property management.

If you would like to know more about applying to become a trustee, please complete the short expression of interest form on this page.

We’ll be in touch shortly with a full information pack.

Following the recruitment of new trustees, we will then recruit a new Chair of our board. Anyone interested in becoming the Chair should first go through the open recruitment process. It is from the openly-recruited trustees that the board will elect a new Chair.

The recruitment of trustees and the Chair will be a participatory process, including community input. Further details to follow in due course.
