The Trust recognises that it needs to access external resources and to work with other effective agencies to achieve its ambitious aims and objectives. Where appropriate the Trust also aligns itself with local and national physical activity agendas to improve the lives of people in the local community.

Currently Westway Development Trust works closely with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (Including Sports Development, Leisure Services and Schools Partnership, Play Service and Youth Service) NHS Kensington & Chelsea, the Youth Offending Team and a variety of local community groups ranging from the Consortium of Supplementary Schools through to the Muslim Cultural Heritage Centre.

The Trust Director, Sport and Fitness, currently chairs the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Community Sport and Physical Activity Network which aims to increase participation in sport and fitness in the Borough through community and statutory agencies working together on exercise initiatives.
