The Trust's commercial properties and charity offices are mainly let on short leases for a term of three years with break clauses to allow flexibility for start up, small and medium sized businesses to grow.  Monthly licences are also given where shorter terms are required, where applicable.  The units are open plan to enhance a versatile, creative and flexible use of the premises.

Our offices, industrial and retail arcade units are sought after and do not readily become available.  Acklam Workspace has recently undergone refurbishment and improvement works and more are being proposed, to include, toilet refurbishments.
