Westway Development Trust is a medium sized business, that generates the income needed to deliver the its charitable aims. The delivery of those objectives requires an effective organisation.
Managed by an Executive Team, some of whom have been brought in from the world of commerce and others who have gained experience in the Third Sector.

Stuart Parker: Westway Sports Centre Director
Tamara Kissling: Club Manager, Portobello Green Fitness Club
Unlike the Trustees, who are volunteers usually with full time jobs of their own, members of the Executive Management Team are employed officers of the Trust.
