Organisations will normally be considered eligible for membership if:

• Their aims are compatible with the objects of the Trust (although the organisation does not have to be a charity)

• They are currently involved in providing charitable activities in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and serve the interests of a significant number of residents 

• They are a properly constituted body with a realistic expectation of continuing in existence (this will usually mean a body which holds an AGM and has been in existence for a year) and provides the Trust with an annual report and accounts if requested

• They have an active relationship with the Trust
